Delivery and implementation of a HR and payroll system for Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie: including data migration, post-implementation assistance, maintenance service, and an optional modification service. The implementation proceeds in phases: project preparation, analysis, system building, training, production start, post-implementation assistance, and maintenance service. The system must not include ICT products, services, or processes identified under Art. 33 sec. 4 or Art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of July 5, 2018, on the national cybersecurity system as security-relevant or high-risk. Bidders are required to submit a “List of ICT elements used during the execution of the order” (Appendix No. 2c to SWZ).
