Delivery and implementation of an HR and payroll system for the Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie: including data migration, post-implementation assistance, maintenance service, and optional modification service. The implementation proceeds in phases: project preparation, analysis, system construction, training, production launch, post-implementation assistance, and maintenance service. The system must not include ICT products, services, or processes identified as security-relevant or from high-risk suppliers under the National Cybersecurity System Act (July 5, 2018). Bidders are required to submit a 'List of ICT elements used during the order execution'.
