Delivery and Installation of Screen Rakes, Screenings Press, and Screw Conveyor for Białogard Wastewater Treatment Plant

Delivery and installation of new equipment for the Białogard wastewater treatment plant: 2 screen rakes, 1 screenings press, and 1 screw conveyor for screenings transport. The scope includes the dismantling of the existing 2 screen rakes, 1 screenings press, and 1 screw conveyor including accessories (e.g., power and control cabinet), the delivery, unloading, and installation of the new devices and a control system (1 set). Furthermore, it covers the laying of new power and control cables in stainless steel cable trays and plastic pipes, electrical connection, supply of flushing water (PE pipe, 20 mm diameter) to the screenings press, necessary ancillary works, modernization of the AKPiA system by integrating the new devices, delivery of a PLC controller with Modbus TCP communication to the existing SCADA system, adaptation of signals from the new screens to the existing control system, commissioning, testing, and acceptance of the systems, and training for 10 employees in occupational safety, operation, maintenance, and servicing. The training includes the issuance of named certificates and the provision of acceptance documents.
