Delivery and installation of playground equipment for playgrounds of the City of Suwałki: Delivery of brand new play and recreational equipment, execution of necessary preparatory works, installation of equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations and occupational safety and health regulations and safety standards, including foundation construction if required, site cleanup after completion of works with disposal of any waste, warranty for delivered and installed elements, creation of a safe zone for the installed equipment according to standard PN-EN 1177. The elements must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and possess a certificate of conformity with standard PN-EN 1176 or equivalent. The equipment must be made of weather-resistant materials; structural elements must be made of galvanized, anti-corrosion protected, and powder-coated steel in UV- and weather-resistant colors. All equipment is intended for public use, must possess appropriate certificates, and comply with Polish standards and safety conditions. The contractor must provide manufacturer information, technical documentation (construction, dimensions, materials, paints, varnishes, recommended spare parts, installation method), operating and maintenance instructions, user manuals, and conformity documents according to PN-EN 1176, PN-EN 1177 or equivalent. Equivalent solutions are permitted.
