Delivery and planting of trees for the City of Szczecin
Delivery and planting of trees: The detailed scope of work is specified in attachments No. 7 and 8/I of the tender documents. The contractor provides a quality guarantee and warranty for defects, effective from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. If a tree is replaced during the warranty period, the warranty for the new tree continues from the original warranty start date of the replaced tree. During the guarantee and warranty period, regular inspections of the planted trees and guaranteed maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the detailed technical specification (attachment No. 7). The work must be performed with the utmost care and quality, in compliance with applicable laws and Order No. 140/21 of the Mayor of Szczecin dated March 23, 2021, concerning the standards for the maintenance, protection, and development of green areas in Szczecin.
