Supply and Repurchase of Electrical Energy for the Municipality of Sosnowiec

Supply of electrical energy and repurchase of electrical energy generated in renewable energy installations (OZE) for the Municipality of Sosnowiec. Services are to be performed in accordance with energy law, the Renewable Energy Sources Act, applicable implementing regulations, and quality standards for customer service. The order includes the supply of electrical energy to the contracting authorities' consumption points, the repurchase of electrical energy generated and fed into the grid from the contracting authorities' OZE installations, and the settlement of electrical energy according to four consumer groups: Group 1 (street lighting and traffic signal installations, automatically controlled, DNO tariff groups: Oxx, Cxx, R), Group 2 (premises and objects other than street lighting, DNO tariff groups: Cxx), Group 3 (objects supplied from the MV network, DNO tariff groups: Bxx), and Group 4 (objects supplied from tariff group Gxx). The forecasted electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – 'Description of the subject of the order EE 2027-2028' and in the Excel document 'Opis przedmiotu zamówienia EE 2027-2028', tab 'Wolumen'. The repurchase of electrical energy generated in OZE installations includes the reception and settlement of electrical energy fed into the distribution grid from the contracting authority's renewable energy installations. The contractor must prepare a draft repurchase agreement in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and Annex No. 5a to the SWZ. The settlement method for energy fed into the grid depends on the legal status of the OZE installation and applicable regulations. Electricity distribution services will be provided under separate agreements between the individual contracting authorities and the respective distribution system operator (DSO).
