Supply and Repurchase of Electrical Energy for the Municipality of Sosnowiec

Supply and repurchase of electrical energy for the Municipality of Sosnowiec: The service includes the supply of electrical energy to the contracting authorities' consumption points and the repurchase of electrical energy generated in the contracting authorities' renewable energy (RES) installations and fed into the grid. Billing is based on four consumer groups (street lighting, other premises, objects supplied from the MV network, objects supplied from the Gxx tariff group) with separate unit prices for 2027 and 2028. The estimated energy volume for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is detailed in Annex 2 of the tender documents ('Opis przedmiotu zamówienia EE 2027-2028', tab 'Wolumen'). The repurchase of RES energy includes the reception and billing of energy fed into the distribution grid; a draft contract for this must be submitted in accordance with Annex 5a of the tender documents. Electricity distribution services will be provided under separate agreements with the respective distribution system operator. Further items as per the tender documents.
