Supply and repurchase of electrical energy for the Municipality of Sosnowiec: Supply of electrical energy to the contracting authorities' consumption points and repurchase of electrical energy generated from the contracting authorities' renewable energy sources (RES) installations fed into the grid. Billing is based on four consumer groups: Group 1 (street lighting and traffic signals, automatically controlled, OSD tariff groups: Oxx, Cxx, R), Group 2 (premises and objects other than street lighting, OSD tariff group: Cxx), Group 3 (objects supplied from the MV network, OSD tariff group: Bxx), and Group 4 (objects supplied from tariff group Gxx). The forecasted energy demand and RES installations are detailed in Attachment 2 to the SWZ ("Opis przedmiotu zamówienia EE 2027-2028"). The repurchase includes the receipt and settlement of energy fed into the distribution network from RES installations. A draft repurchase agreement must be prepared in accordance with Attachment 5a to the SWZ. The contract period is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028.
