Natural Gas Procurement for the 2026-27 Gas Year

Supply of piped natural gas for the 2026-27 gas year: total quantity of 29,230,640 kWh/year under a full supply contract. The contracting authorities are entitled to a quantity deviation of up to +/- 15% without penalty. Deviations from individually specified contracted gas quantities per contracting authority must be managed jointly for all contracted gas quantities in the procedure and fulfilled jointly by the operating units as users. Joint fulfillment by the users does not establish joint and several liability towards the trader. If a user consumes beyond the allowed deviation from their own contracted gas quantity, they are exempt from breach of contract consequences, provided that the users' joint consumption remains within the aggregated quantity limits specified in their individual contracts. Billing is monthly per user as a different paying party, with a payment deadline of 15 days from proper invoice issuance.
