Supply and Distribution of Natural Gas for 77 Units of Częstochowa City, 2027
Supply and distribution of high-methane natural gas type E for 77 organizational units and companies of the City of Częstochowa in 2027 for use in buildings, premises, and utility facilities: includes the sale and distribution of gas to 128 gas collection points, divided into two categories of recipients according to Art. 62b para. 1 point 2 of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997 (considered and not considered). The natural gas must comply with the technical standards of the Energy Law and Polish norms. The System Distribution Operator for all collection points is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o. o., Zabrze Gas Plant Branch. A change in the number or capacity of collection points during the contract period will result in an adjustment of Annex 1 to the contract without renegotiating the contract terms.
