Supply and Distribution of Fruits, Milk, Dairy Products, and Bakery Products for Schools and Kindergartens in Prahova County

Supply and distribution of bakery products for preschoolers in state kindergartens (4-hour program) and students in state primary and secondary schools, as well as for preschoolers and students in special education in Prahova County for the school years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029, within the Romanian School Program for 102 local administrative units (UATs). The free provision includes packaged corn and dry biscuits. The daily value limit per portion is 0.76 lei (incl. VAT) or 0.68 lei (excl. VAT), including transport, distribution, and storage costs. A framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 2 economic operators per lot, without renewed competition for the award of subsequent contracts. One subsequent contract will be awarded per school year. Estimated minimum quantities for corn and dry biscuits over the entire duration of the framework agreement are 35,295,120 pieces, with maximum quantities of 36,204,300 pieces. The estimated value of the framework agreement (excl. VAT) is between a minimum of 24,000,681.60 lei and a maximum of 24,618,924.00 lei. For a single subsequent contract, minimum quantities of 11,338,920 pieces and maximum quantities of 12,248,100 pieces are expected. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 8,328,708.00 lei without VAT.
