Renewal of the main and wastewater pipes as well as renovation of the washrooms on the ground floor and sanitary facilities on the upper floor of the social building at the Rheinsberg site. The measure includes earthworks, demolition, concrete, masonry, screed, tiling, painting, flooring, and sanitary works. The sanitary and pipe works for the renewal of the wastewater pipes (KG pipe and sound-insulated wastewater pipe) as well as the complete new installation of sanitary fixtures are dominant.
