Supply of net active electrical energy (low voltage) for facilities of ODMVR – Stara Zagora in the Stara Zagora region (according to list – table Appendix No. 1.1) at freely negotiated prices; registration of ODMVR – Stara Zagora on the free electricity market as an end customer connected to the electricity distribution network; assumption of balancing responsibility without additional payment, including participation in the balancing energy market as an indirect member of a standard balancing group; consumption forecasting for ODMVR - Stara Zagora, including administration of hourly consumption schedules; administration of information flow to "Electricity System Operator" EAD; administration of relations with network operators, including transmission and access costs; and all activities related to participation in the liberalized electricity market.
