Delivery of medicinal products listed in Annex 2 of the PLS according to Art. 262, para. 6, item 2 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, for the medical activities of UMBAL „KANEV“ AD. Procurement is via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for a period of 36 months. Individual contracts have a duration of 12 months. The medicinal products are detailed in a technical specification, including dosage forms, active substance quantities, units of measure, and estimated quantities; this specification may be adjusted, with quantities being estimates and not binding. The DPS operates in two stages: Stage 1 is the qualification of suppliers, with a deadline for initial applications by 31.08.2026. New applications will be reviewed twice monthly thereafter. Stage 2 involves collecting offers for specific orders from qualified suppliers. further items as per the tender documents.
