Rebate agreement for Clotrimazole + Hydrocortisone (ATC D01AC20), term 2026-2028

Non-exclusive rebate agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the active ingredient Clotrimazole + Hydrocortisone (ATC D01AC20): term from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028, with one extension option of 1x12 months. The contract allows pharmaceutical companies to join at any time under the same conditions (Open House model). Required documents are an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2, with Annex 2 to be submitted as an Excel file. Documents must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de by the 5th of the preceding month for an entry on the 1st or 15th of the following month. The procedure is not subject to cartel procurement law.
