Delivery of audio-video system devices for the construction and commissioning of an audio-video system (Task 1), delivery period 30 days from contract signing, no later than December 7, 2026. Delivery of an LED video wall of approximately 9.6 m × 2.7 m including mounting structure (frame) (Task 2), delivery period 30 days from contract signing, no later than December 7, 2026. Assembly of devices delivered under Task 1 and 2, execution of necessary installation work, integration of audio-video systems, device configuration, functional testing, and commissioning of the complete solution (Task 3), completion by March 31, 2027.
