Supply of Bakery Products 2026-2027

Supply of bakery products: Bread and other bakery products in a total quantity of 14,560 kg and 471,796 pieces. The delivered food products must comply with the legal regulations for placing food products on the market and the provisions of the Hungarian Food Codex. Only first-class quality is accepted. Invoicing is based on the actually ordered/delivered quantities at the unit prices offered. Supplementary orders for products not included in the preliminary order are possible and must be placed by 2:00 PM on the working day preceding delivery. In case of faulty delivery by the supplier, correction is required within 30 minutes of error notification. In case of faulty order by the client, correction is required within one hour of error notification. Bidders must submit product specification sheets and manufacturing sheets containing information on saturated fatty acids, fat, energy, protein, carbohydrates, sugar, salt, and allergenic ingredients. Products must be suitable for immediate consumption and be fresh. For perishable products, at least 50% of the shelf life or use-by date from production must remain at the time of delivery. Only goods in undamaged, clean, and protective packaging will be accepted. Further details as per tender documents.
