Supply of Bedding and Group Plants for the City of Oulu

Supply of bedding and group plants for flower groups, parks, and traffic green areas in the city of Oulu. The estimated annual need is 13,000 to 15,000 plants. A framework agreement will be established with one (1) supplier. Annual pricing applies, where the bidder commits to the prices provided in the offer for plants from the annually changing plant catalog. For plants outside the catalog, prices will be requested from the selected supplier and must follow the same pricing principle as the originally offered products. The contract period is 2 years (01.10.2026–30.09.2028) with three one-year extension options for the periods 01.10.2028–30.09.2029, 01.10.2029–30.09.2030, and 01.10.2030–30.09.2031.
