Delivery of biochemical and hematological reagents, control materials, and consumables for UPWr units: successive delivery as needed in partial shipments based on partial orders; includes the purchase of basic reagents, control materials, and consumables via basic orders, as well as optional reagents, control materials, and consumables via optional orders; delivery to the location specified by the client; provision of complete documentation according to § 6 of the agreement and warranty services according to § 7 of the agreement; provision of safety data sheets (SDS), preferably electronically; the client reserves the right to reduce the basic order by a maximum of 25% of the gross value, but commits to purchasing at least 75% of the gross value of the basic order; offered reagents must be supplied in packaging sizes specified by the client; further items as per the tender documents.
