Supply of office supplies and paper via an electronic catalog, including transport and related ancillary services: The maximum total contract value is 1,084,775.29 EUR (excl. VAT), divided into 660,305.29 EUR for office supplies and 424,470.00 EUR for paper, based on the maximum prices of ANAC Resolution No. 74 of 25 February 2025. Safety costs for interference risks are 0.00 EUR. This total amount represents a non-binding ceiling, up to which services can be commissioned via implementing contracts. Prices for products included in the basket are based on offered unit prices, while prices for other products in the electronic catalog are determined by contractual discounts. The duration of the framework agreement can be extended by an additional twelve months if the contractual amount is not exhausted at the original expiry date. Rai reserves the right to modify/compensate the dimensional capacity of individual contractual items within the overall value of the framework agreement. In exceptional circumstances, the duration of the framework agreement may be further extended to allow for the conclusion of a new procurement procedure; the contractor will then be obliged to perform services under the same prices, terms, and conditions. further items as per the tender documents.
