Catering Services in Dietary Regimes for DSS Chotělice

Delivery of catering for a social services facility in the following dietary regimes: rational diet (3), diabetic diet (9), liquid diet (0), mushy diet (1), and fat-restricted diet (4). The rational diet includes at least 3 meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The other diets also include an afternoon snack. Lunch always includes soup and is always a warm meal. Beverages are not provided by the supplier. All types of diets must also be provided as minced food upon the client's request. The maximum number of clients to be supplied daily is 18, and the maximum number of employees to be supplied daily is 17.
