Supply of computer equipment for the City Office in Wałbrzych. The contract includes ICT products, services, and processes as per Annexes 3 and 6 of the tender documents. No ICT products, services, or processes may be offered that have a negative impact on state security or originate from high-risk suppliers according to Polish law. The share of products from third countries not party to international agreements may not exceed 50% of the total scope. A statement of conformity, a cybersecurity declaration, and, if applicable, an equivalence declaration for alternative solutions are required.
