Delivery of Computer Equipment
Delivery of computer equipment: Products must be brand new, unused, complete, and technically sound, free from defects and third-party claims. A manufacturer's warranty must be provided. Delivery includes operating manuals, drivers, and accompanying software, with licenses included in the remuneration and unlimited in time and territory, unless otherwise specified in Part IV of the tender documents. Power cables for standard sockets must be included. No products planned by the manufacturer for discontinuation of production or sale may be offered. ICT products, services, and processes must not include components negatively assessed for security or originating from high-risk suppliers. A CE mark or CE declaration of conformity is required; if not applicable, a RoHS declaration of conformity or mark. Detailed requirements are specified in Part IV of the tender documents.
