Delivery of computer equipment and computer accessories: successive delivery to the contracting authority's premises according to detailed requirements; delivered items must be factory new, unused, complete, and technically sound, free from defects and third-party claims; origin from a manufacturer's distribution channel supporting the Polish market and warranty claims; delivery includes manuals, drivers, and accompanying software, with licenses included in the price and perpetual/territory-unrestricted unless otherwise specified; mains-powered devices must be supplied with power cables; no products foreseen by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale; exclusion of ICT products, services, or processes identified as security-relevant or from high-risk suppliers, in accordance with the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act of July 5, 2018; verification of requirements covers both hardware components and associated firmware and system software.
