Delivery of Computer Equipment for Stalowa Wola City Administration
Delivery of new computer equipment: 800 keyboards and mice, 800 USB-C hubs, 800 stands for mobile computers, 9 tablets, 47 pendrives, 12 external portable hard drives, 26 KVM switches, 39 barcode printers, 42 barcode scanners, 30 A4 desktop scanners. Delivery is to be made by own transport, including unloading, carrying into designated rooms, and unpacking at own cost, during the working hours of the City Office in Stalowa Wola. The delivery address is ul. Kwiatkowskiego 1, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, 2nd floor. Delivery must occur within a maximum of 120 calendar days from contract signing, with at least 5 working days' prior notice. Products must be brand new, complete, assembled, tested, and ready for use, with instructions and warranty cards in Polish. Equivalent solutions are permissible; further items as per the tender documents.
