Delivery of Disinfectants for Sveta Ekaterina University Hospital
Delivery of disinfectants, divided into lots, for Sveta Ekaterina University Hospital. The supplied disinfectants must comply with the Medical Devices Act (ZMI). Medical device disinfectants require a Declaration of Conformity/Certificate according to EU Directive 2017/745 or 93/42/EEC and CE marking. Biocidal disinfectants need market authorization from the Ministry of Health. Safety data sheets (according to Art. 7b ZZZVHVVP) and instructions for use are required. Shelf life must be at least 6 months from the delivery date. Labels must be in Bulgarian and include manufacturer/importer information, product characteristics, shelf life, storage conditions, and usage instructions. Batch sale authorization and/or analytical certificate on the packaging are required. Catalogs, brochures, or information sheets with detailed information and Bulgarian translation must be submitted. Stated quantities are estimates and not binding; they may be exceeded. Specifications mentioning models or brands are to be understood as "or equivalent". Compliance verification will be based on market authorizations for biocides and declarations of conformity/protocols for medical devices.
