Delivery of disinfectants for the USK-2 PUM Clinics in Szczecin: The contract is divided into 10 lots. Detailed quantities and specifications are listed in the unit price form (attachment 2 to SWZ). Medicinal products (for Lot 3, positions 6,7,8,9,10,17), biocidal products (for Lot 2, positions 1,2,12 and Lot 3, positions 2,3,4,5,16,18), cosmetic products (for Lot 3, positions 1,11,12,14,15), and medical devices (for the remaining lots) are required. Lot 8 requires a food contact certificate. For Lot 10 (cleaning and disinfection agents for endoscopes under warranty), no equivalent products are allowed; equivalent products may be procured after the warranty period. The minimum shelf life is 12 months from delivery, except for Lot 2, position 1, which requires 24 months. Stated quantities are estimated, with a minimum order of 60% of the quantity specified in the unit price form. The contract duration is 24 months from contract signing; no variant offers are allowed; further items as per the tender documents.
