The fuel must comply with Polish Standard PN-EN 590 or equivalent, and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 (Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 1018, ze zm.). Invoicing will be based on the quantity measured at 15°C (according to a certified fuel meter with temperature compensation on the tanker).

Delivery of heating oil: successive delivery of a maximum of 50,000 liters of heating oil to the contracting authority's warehouse in Sosnowiec, ul. Grenadierów 21. A minimum purchase quantity of 40,000 liters of heating oil is guaranteed, provided the ordered quantity does not exceed the amount specified in the contract as the maximum remuneration. Delivery will be made to a 5,000-liter tank located on the contracting authority's premises. The heating oil must meet the parameters specified in the SWZ. Non-utilization of the maximum quantity of 50,000 liters by the contracting authority does not give rise to claims by the contractor, provided the guaranteed minimum quantity of 40,000 liters is purchased. The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the scope of the order even if the maximum contractual remuneration is reached.
