Supply of monochrome A4 printers, consumables for monochrome A4 printers, color A4 multifunction devices TYPE 1 (medium performance) and their consumables (for each color), color A4 multifunction devices TYPE 2 (high performance) and their consumables (for each color), monochrome A4 multifunction devices TYPE 1 (medium performance) and their consumables, monochrome A4 multifunction devices TYPE 2 (high performance) and their consumables, A4 scanners, and A3 scanners. Required are the submission of a completed and signed technical specification, a manufacturer's declaration for taking over warranty obligations if the contractor fails to fulfill them, and documentation or links to confirm technical parameters of the devices and compatibility of consumables; further items as per the tender documents.
