Supply of small IT equipment for Stalowa Wola City Hall
Supply of small IT equipment: 800 keyboards and mice, 800 USB-C hubs, 800 mobile computer stands, 9 tablets, 47 pendrives, 12 external portable hard drives, 26 KVM switches, 39 barcode printers, 42 barcode scanners, 30 A4 desktop scanners. Delivery of the brand-new equipment must be by own transport, including unloading, bringing into designated rooms, and unpacking at own expense. Delivery must occur within a maximum of 120 calendar days from contract signing, with the delivery date agreed upon at least 5 working days in advance. The devices must be new, complete, assembled, tested, ready for use, originally packaged, manufacturer-marked, high quality, free of defects, and from legal sources. Instructions, technical descriptions, and warranty cards must be provided in Polish. The project is funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. further items as per the tender documents.
