Delivery of disposable medical devices and hygiene products for USK-2 PUM in Szczecin: The delivery is divided into 8 lots. Quantities are indicative; at least 60% of the lot/contract value will be ordered. Medical devices must comply with the Polish Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, excluding hygiene products in lots 7 and 8. Products must be suitable for effective and safe medical procedures, compatible with the contracting authority's surgical techniques, and ensure correct, precise execution of medical procedures, user safety, ergonomics, and minimization of errors and complications. Conformity will be confirmed by a commission. A minimum shelf life of 24 months from delivery is required. Variant offers or partial services within a lot are not permitted.
