1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór odpadów stałych oraz resztek pokonsumpcyjnych z Samodzielnego Publicznego Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Szczecinie w lokalizacji przy ul. Arkońskiej i przy ul. Sokołowskiego. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ oraz w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 4. Miejscem realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia będzie Samodzielny Publiczny Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony w Szczecinie z siedzibą przy ulicy Arkońskiej 4, 71-455 Szczecin, w lokalizacji przy ul. Arkońskiej i przy ul. Sokołowskiego. 5. Zamawiający nie zastrzega obowiązku osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę kluczowych zadań dotyczących przedmiotu zamówienia. Wykonawca może powierzyć realizację elementów (części) przedmiotu zamówienia Podwykonawcom. W przypadku zamiaru wykonywania przedmiotu zamówienia z udziałem Podwykonawców, Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wskazania w swojej ofercie części zamówienia (zakresów rzeczowych), których wykonanie zamierza powierzyć Podwykonawcom, oraz podania nazw ewentualnych Podwykonawców, jeżeli są już znani. Wskazanie takie należy umieścić na ofercie. W przypadku braku wskazania w ofercie podwykonawstwa, Wykonawca będzie mógł wprowadzić Podwykonawcę wyłącznie na warunkach określonych w umowie. 6. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę na podstawie umowy o pracę personelu wykonującego czynności wchodzące w skład przedmiotu zamówienia polegające na: 1) odbiorze pojemników z odpadami z miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego, znajdującego się na terenie SPWSZ w Szczecinie, 2) ustawieniu pustych pojemników w wyznaczonych miejscach, znajdujących się na terenie SPWSZ w Szczecinie, 3) odbiorze odpadów w terminach i w czasie zgodnym z ustalonym z Zamawiającym, 4) załadunku odpadów i odpowiednim ich zabezpieczeniu na czas transportu, 5) wystawianiu potwierdzeń odbioru pojemników z odpadami, 6) usuwaniu z placu odpadowego nieczystości powstałych podczas odbioru odpadów, 7) znajomości i przestrzeganiu aktualnych przepisów prawnych dotyczących postępowania z odpadami, jeżeli wykonanie tych czynności polega na wykonywaniu pracy w sposób określony w art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. - Kodeks pracy (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2023 r., poz. 1465 ze zm., dalej - „KP”) 7. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7) PZP, w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego. 8. Zamówienia, o których mowa w pkt 7 powyżej, będą polegały na powtórzeniu usług zgodnych z usługami stanowiącymi przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia oraz usług podobnych do nich w aspekcie technologicznym ich wykonawstwa. Zakresem rzeczowym usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówień, o których mowa w pkt 7 powyżej, objęty będzie odbiór odpadów stałych oraz resztek pokonsumpcyjnych z Samodzielnego Publicznego Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Szczecinie w lokalizacji przy ul. Arkońskiej i przy ul. Sokołowskiego, czyli czynności wskazane rodzajowo w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ i świadczone w sposób tam opisany, przy dostosowaniu zakresu zamówienia i terminu jego realizacji do potrzeb zamówienia. 9. Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówień, o których mowa w pkt 8 powyżej nie przekroczy wartości 371 310,63 zł netto. 10. Zamówienia, o których mowa w pkt 7 powyżej, będą udzielane po przeprowadzeniu odrębnego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki. 11. Zamówienia, o których mowa w pkt 7 powyżej, będą udzielane w przypadku wystąpienia potrzeby zwiększenia zakresu rzeczowego usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówienia na skutek warunków przyrodniczych bądź atmosferycznych, lub powierzenia Zamawiającemu nowych zadań gospodarczych lub publicznych, jak również w przypadku konieczności zapewnienia nieprzerwanego świadczenia usługi w przypadku wydłużenia terminów wynikających z postępowania przetargowego na kolejny okres. 12. Miejscem realizacji zamówień, o których mowa w pkt 3.9., będzie obszar Samodzielnego Publicznego Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Szczecinie z siedzibą przy ulicy Arkońskiej 4, 71-455 Szczecin, w lokalizacji przy ul. Arkońskiej i przy ul. Sokołowskiego 12. Wizja lokalna: Zamawiający nie przewiduje obligatoryjnej wizji lokalnej, co oznacza, iż brak udziału w wizji lokalnej przez Wykonawcę nie spowoduje odrzucenia złożonej przez niego oferty. Arkońskiej 4. Początek spotkania w Dziale Gospodarczym Zamawiającego, w budynku „W” (wejście od ul. Broniewskiego), 2) w dniu 15.07.2026 r. na godz. 11:00 - dla lokalizacji przy ul. Sokołowskiego 11. Początek spotkania w Dziale Gospodarczym Zamawiającego, klatka 11E, pok. nr 113/114 przy ul. Sokołowskiego 11 (Szczecin-Zdunowo).
