Supply of electrical energy for the Kępińska Purchasing Group, 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027

Notice title: Kępińska Grupa Zakupowa. Dostawa energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r.

Supply of electrical energy: estimated volume of 8,270.44 MWh for 707 points of supply (PPE), delivery period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. Metering systems are adapted for the supplier change procedure. Detailed descriptions of the PPEs are included in the tender documents. Conditions for delivery commencement include a successful supplier change, a valid electricity distribution service agreement for the recipient, and the effective termination of existing electricity supply contracts. Details on PV installations in the facilities, including power and planned grid feed-in, are specified in the tender documents. If surplus energy is planned to be fed into the grid, the contracting authorities agree to a buy-back and balancing agreement, provided no additional costs are incurred by the recipient and the buy-back price is positive (at least PLN 0.00). For part 1 of the order, 33 contracts will be concluded.
