Supply of Electrical Energy for the Świecka Purchasing Group, 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027

Supply of electrical energy: estimated volume of 5,952.23 MWh, with data being indicative. There are 532 metering points for billing electricity consumption, adapted for supplier changes. Details regarding photovoltaic (PV) installations in the facilities, including power, connection date, and estimated amount of energy fed into the Distribution System Operator's (OSD) grid, are listed in Annex 1a of the tender documents. In case of planned feeding of surplus energy into the OSD grid, the contracting authorities agree to conclude buy-back and balancing agreements according to the contractor's template, provided that the contracting authority incurs no additional costs for the buy-back and the buy-back price (after considering the contractor's margin and operating costs) assumes a positive value, with 0.00 PLN being applied if the value is negative. The contracting authorities do not possess any other electricity-generating renewable energy installations in the reported facilities. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or be terminated before the planned delivery start date; termination is the responsibility of the contracting authorities.
