Supply of electrical energy for road, park lighting, and object illumination in Zamość (2027)
Supply of electrical energy for the City of Zamość: for municipal technical infrastructure, specifically road lighting, park lighting, and object illumination, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The estimated demand is 3,959,153.00 kWh for the consumption and metering points of street lighting. The energy must comply with the quality standards specified in the Polish Energy Law and the Minister of Climate and Environment's regulation of March 22, 2023 (Dz.U. 2025, item 919). Tariff and billing rules are governed by the Minister of Climate and Environment Energy's regulation of November 29, 2022 (Dz.U. 2024, item 904). The execution of the contract is prohibited, in accordance with Article 5k of EU Council Regulation 833/2014 (as amended by 2022/576, 2025/2033), with subcontractors, suppliers, or entities whose capacities the contractor relies on, if they fall into any of the categories specified in Article 5 of the regulation and account for more than 10% of the contract value.
