Supply of electrical energy: The supplied electrical energy must contain a minimum of 50% from renewable sources. Renewable sources include wind energy, solar energy, aerothermal, geothermal, and hydrothermal energy, marine energy, hydropower, energy from biomass, landfill gas, gas from wastewater treatment plants, and biogas. Alternatively, the supply of electrical energy from highly efficient cogeneration is possible, with the bidder required to state the share of renewable energy.
