Supply of electrical energy and selection of a balancing group coordinator for Employment Agency facilities: Supply of net electrical energy at low and medium voltage, full administration of the information flow including consumption forecasting, creation and submission of schedules to ESO EAD, correction as needed, responsibility for balancing, assumption of imbalance costs, and payment of network services to the grid operator. This includes all activities related to the contracting authority's participation in the free electricity market for Employment Agency facilities across six lots. For Lot 1 in the regions of Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, and Lovech, the estimated supply quantity for 24 months is 1,200 MWh.
