Supply of electrical energy and balancing group coordination for Bregovo Municipality objects

Supply of net active electrical energy and coordination of a standard balancing group for low-voltage connected objects of Bregovo Municipality. This includes full administration of the information flow with ESO, assumption of imbalance costs, and ensuring continuous electricity supply with the required quality according to the Energy Act and relevant regulations. The contractor assumes responsibility for balancing, includes the client as an indirect member in a standard balancing group without participation fees. The client is not responsible for forecasting or requesting the necessary electricity quantities; the contractor assumes all client imbalances. The estimated supply quantity is 1,600.00 MWh for 24 months; this quantity is indicative, and the contractor must supply the actually required amount daily, monthly, or for the entire contract period.
