Supply of Electricity for Pázmány Péter Catholic University

Supply of electricity: Procurement of standard quality electricity from the competitive market via the Hungarian transmission network, based on a full supply contract without scheduling obligations, for 24 months. The current contract expires on 31.12.2026. The required quantity is 2,369,700 kWh/year, totaling 4,739,400 kWh. The electricity quality must comply with EU and Hungarian requirements, specifically MSZ EN 50160:2011 and MSZ 1:2002 standards. Conditions for supplier change are ensured at all consumption points. Detailed consumption data, consumption points, and POD data are included in the technical annex of the procurement documents. The contracting authority does not plan to commission HMKE or other small power plant systems during the contract period; related quantity deviations have been considered in determining the contracted quantity. Additional payment obligations arising from the energy efficiency obligation system under Act LVII of 2015, which are borne by the successful tenderer due to the contracting authority's energy consumption, will not be assumed by the contracting authority without explicit legal authorization.
