Supply of electricity for a hospital

Supply of electricity for 4 hospital locations: str. Pompeiu Onofreiu nr. 2-4 (1x Medium Voltage, 2x Low Voltage), str. Gheorghe Baritiu nr. 1-3 (2x Low Voltage), str. Translilvaniei nr. 2-4 (1x Low Voltage), str. Stefan cel Mare nr. 4 (1x Low Voltage). The framework agreement has a duration of 12 months. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and the largest subsequent contracts are specified in the tender documents. Subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, covering the consumption needs for 1, 3, or 6 months from the contract date. If the quantity in a subsequent contract proves insufficient, the contract will terminate early, and a new one will be concluded; if the quantity exceeds the actual need, the contract will be extended via an addendum.
