Building extension, comprehensive reconstruction, and modernization at ul. Emilii Plater 21 in Warsaw (plot no. 98) under a 'design, build, equip' model: Adaptation of the building for a specialist clinic of UCK WUM to provide primary healthcare and outpatient specialist care. This includes strengthening the premises and equipment infrastructure to improve access and quality of outpatient specialist care and day care (Investment Task 1), and establishing a second branch of the day department for psychiatric rehabilitation for children and adolescents (level II) on the third floor, including a mental health clinic within the structure of the Clinic of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the Children's Clinical Hospital (Investment Task 2).
