The framework agreement covers a minimum quantity of 120,000 liters and a maximum quantity of 333,000 liters. Individual call-offs (sub-contracts) have a minimum quantity of 30,000 liters and a maximum quantity of 120,000 liters. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 1,020,000 and 2,830,500 RON (excluding VAT). The estimated value of the smallest sub-contract is 255,000 RON, and the largest is 1,020,000 RON. At least 4 sub-contracts are expected; quantities are indicative and based on average consumption from previous years.
