Supply of Meat and Meat Products for Psychiatric Clinic

Supply of meat and meat products for the Psychiatric Clinic Veľké Zálužie, including transport, loading, and unloading into the catering department's warehouse. Deliveries occur twice weekly (Monday and Thursday) between 7:00 and 10:00, within 24 hours of order placement. Products must be fresh, chilled (not frozen), not vacuum-packed, and sourced from Slovak producers. Beef deliveries require a reference number and country of origin (birth, rearing, slaughter) on the delivery note; pork deliveries require a delivery code and country of origin (rearing, slaughter). A minimum of two-thirds of the shelf life must remain upon delivery. All products must comply with the Slovak Food Code and relevant hygiene regulations.
