Supply of Liquid Fuels for Zamrzenica Forest District

Supply of liquid fuels (diesel oil) for the Zamrzenica Forest District: successive delivery of an estimated 140,000 liters of diesel oil to mobile tanks, for refueling machines or self-refueling tanks within the administrative area of the Zamrzenica Forest District. Individual deliveries range from 1,500 l to 2,500 l, with delivery within 48 hours of order, including via unpaved forest roads. The contractor receives no separate remuneration for transport. Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing. Acceptance of the estimated quantity is not obligatory; the minimum guaranteed contract fulfillment is 50% of the estimated quantity. Bidders must state the producer price on the tender start date, provide a website for price verification, and specify the price per liter and margin. Fuels must comply with applicable Polish norms (Act of August 25, 2006, Regulation of June 26, 2024) or equivalent standards.
