Supply of fresh baked goods for the City of Kaarina

Supply of fresh baked goods for the City of Kaarina: Delivery locations are listed in Appendix 3. Deliveries must take place between 06:30 and 14:00. Products must be suitable for professional use and comply with current Finnish laws, regulations, standards, and other official requirements. Product specifications must be available for all products. The fresh baked goods must be baked within 20 hours of the delivery time. Transport equipment must comply with current food legislation. The consumption values mentioned in Appendix 3 are based on previous deliveries and are not binding for the client. The use of recyclable or reusable transport packaging in accordance with sustainable development principles is desired for deliveries. Offered prices must include a return system for transport boxes and associated costs. The supplier must instruct clients on the use of the return system. Handling and storage must not cause additional work or costs for the client compared to current practice. The supplier is responsible for the mentioned materials, and storage is not possible except for temporary storage. The City of Kaarina reserves the right to purchase small quantities of supplementary products from local suppliers, mainly for theme days, organic days, and similar needs. The contract duration is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028, with an option for two (2) one-year extensions (January 1, 2029 - December 31, 2029 and January 1, 2030 - December 31, 2030). Separate decisions will be made for the activation of option periods.
