Delivery of Givinostat: Successive deliveries of the drug Givinostat for the continuation of treatment under the Emergency Access to Medical Technologies (RDTL) procedure for the Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony in Kielce. Detailed description and quantities are specified in Annex 2 of the tender documents (assortment and price form). Information regarding delivery terms, warranty, and remuneration is contained in Annex 3 of the tender documents (draft provisions of the public procurement contract based on a successive contract). The offered medicinal products must be approved in accordance with Articles 3, 4 para. 1 and 2, or 4a of the Polish Pharmaceutical Law of September 6, 2001.
