Supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for the Gostyń Purchasing Group, 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027

Supply of high-methane natural gas (group E): comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) for gas consumption points (PPG) as per attachment no. 1 of the tender documents, including gas fuel delivery and distribution service to the contracting entities' facilities; maximum fuel demand of 22,101,850 kWh (basic order), comprising 18,851,102 kWh of gas fuel at tariff prices and 3,250,748 kWh at competitive prices. Gas delivery is required 24/7 to the delivery-receipt points listed in attachment no. 1 of the tender documents, which connect the contracting authority's internal networks with the system operator's gas network. The contracting authority reserves the right to decrease or increase the order volume by +/- 10% of the basic gas fuel quantity; an increase will be exercised as an option right according to attachment no. 2 of the tender documents, § 1 sections 3 and 4.
