Supply of internally cooled electrodes for radiofrequency thermoablation and thermoresection: successive deliveries in type and quantity as per the price form (Attachment 2 to SWZ), including rental of a device for 42 months. The device is described according to Attachment 7 to SWZ. The contract duration is 42 months from contract signing or until the maximum remuneration value is reached, with an option for extension as per Attachment 4 to SWZ. Delivery, installation, and commissioning of the rented device will occur within 10 working days of contract signing.
