Delivery of IT Equipment for the Marshal's Office of Lublin Voivodeship
Delivery of IT equipment: 50 laptops, 50 monitors, and corresponding peripheral devices and accessories. Delivery must occur within 45 days of contract signing, to the Marshal's Office of Lublin Voivodeship, ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin, on working days between 7:30 and 15:30. The scope includes brand new, fully functional devices compliant with applicable norms and standards, including warranty cards, operating instructions in Polish (English acceptable), and all sales accessories. A minimum warranty of 36 months is required, with a maximum warranty of 60 months considered for offer evaluation. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund; equivalent products and solutions are permissible.
