Supply of Access Control Systems

Supply of Access Control Systems: The systems will be managed via a centralized management system. Included are associated services such as design, installation, configuration, integration, commissioning, testing, and staff training. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator for a duration of 18 months from signing. The estimated value excluding VAT for the framework agreement is 1,289,016.00 Lei. The estimated value excluding VAT for the largest subsequent contract is 932,688.00 Lei, and for the smallest, 39,592.00 Lei. The estimated quantity for the framework agreement covers a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 27 access control systems. The smallest subsequent contract includes a minimum of 1 system, the largest a maximum of 18 systems. At least one subsequent contract will be awarded per year. In 2026, an estimated 18 systems will be procured for the County Inspectorates of the Romanian Gendarmerie, with an additional 9 systems being optional. The duration of the last subsequent contracts may exceed the 18-month framework agreement duration.
